Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Technician, Production Reliability to support packaging lines. The role involves setting up, cleaning and changing over equipment while ensuring GMP compliance and safety.

You will assist operators, monitor equipment performance, and perform preventive maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Experience with packaging operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in GMP packaging or related manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Setup, clean and changeover packaging equipment using hand tools and replacing parts as needed.
• Assist operators with setup and parameter adjustments to maximize performance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and document results.
• Respond to service calls, including potential off-shift periods and weekends.
