You will oversee senior production teams, budgets, and delivery strategies, balancing client needs with team capacity while keeping programs on time and within budget.

You’ll mentor producers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive consistency across portfolios, ensuring agile responses to evolving opportunities

Qualifications

• Significant experience (12+ years) producing live events and experiential programs for technology brands.
• Experience leading high-volume event portfolios with multiple concurrent programs.
• Deep knowledge of live event production: technical production, fabrication, venues, logistics, labor, vendors, contracts, onsite execution.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, profitability, scope/change management, financial risk.
• Experience leading and developing production teams and staffing decisions across programs.
• Confidence working with senior clients and navigating complex stakeholder organizations.
• Balance consistency with agility and repeatable processes without over-structuring.
• Strong judgment for strategic portfolio leadership and hands-on production problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior production leadership across a high-volume portfolio of live events and experiential programs.
• Create consistency across recurring programs while adapting production approaches per experience.
• Lead, mentor, and support Producers and production teams to align talent and resources.
• Oversee operational and financial health: budgets, forecasting, profitability, staffing, scope, risk.
• Maintain portfolio visibility to anticipate capacity needs and risks before impact.
• Partner with senior clients and cross-functional teams to solve problems and develop scope, timelines, budgets.
• Build relationships with production partners and vendors to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Remain involved on delivery as lead producer on select projects or major workstreams.
