Infinity Marketing Team, a fully integrated agency in Culver City, seeks a Production Director to lead production operations for one of our largest client accounts.

The role focuses on operations, procurement, financial stewardship, process development, and team management to ensure scalable systems and successful delivery.

You will collaborate with Account, Creative, Finance, Innovation, Influencer, and Executive teams to align priorities, manage risks, and drive profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experiential/event production experience, with hands-on production of large-scale programs.
• Strong vendor knowledge and industry relationships with evaluating bids and timelines.
• Experience as an Executive Producer or senior production lead on complex programs.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, reconciliation, and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop talent.
