Job summary

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to lead local event marketing efforts, manage the full lifecycle from opportunities to execution, and measure ROI. You will grow brand awareness and generate leads through high-impact local events while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 5+ years in event marketing, strong project management and communication skills, budget oversight, and ability to travel and work evenings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of event, field, experiential, or partner marketing experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel and support evening/weekend events.
• Ability to move event materials up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local event marketing strategies.
• Identify and evaluate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.
• Own event planning, budgets, logistics, vendors, and execution.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and community partners.
• Coordinate event staffing and resources with internal teams.
• Track lead generation, conversion, revenue contribution, and ROI.
• Use performance data to improve programs and recommend future investments.
• Ensure a consistent brand and customer experience across events.
