Job summary

Setpoint-Integrated is seeking a Production Coordinator II to coordinate repair jobs and engineering products, schedule services, and manage material orders. You will work closely with customers to ensure timely, accurate delivery and maintain production boards for status updates.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience or training, proficiency with Excel and Word, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel and background checks may be required as part of the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2–5 years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year as Production Coordinator I or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and engineered product jobs with customers and shop management.
• Update production board and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare material requisitions and bid evaluations.
• Source direct shipment, special, and rush order items cost-effectively.
• Maintain communications with sales support and account managers.
