Naked Wardrobe is seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to support the global apparel production cycle. The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end production, leading communication with overseas factories, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple seasonal lines.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and a fast-paced apparel environment, with the ability to manage high SKU volume and multiple timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire production lifecycle from development hand-off to final production and delivery.
• Monitor production pipeline from sample to final delivery.
• Track milestones and coordinate bulk production with overseas factories to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate shipping timelines and collaborate with logistics for timely product arrival.
• Handle high-volume import production, multiple cycles and reorders.
• Track fabric approvals and bulk fabric status.
• Serve as daily contact for overseas factories and maintain strong vendor follow-up.
