The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in production management within the fashion industry, with strong ERP expertise. This is a fully on-site role and requires occasional travel to manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of production management experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
• Proven track record of scaling production in high-growth environments.
• Expert-level Excel skills for reporting and costing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute production strategies aligned with seasonal calendars.
• Manage capacity planning and purchase order lifecycle.
• Negotiate pricing with factories and suppliers.
• Define and enforce quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.
