EPC Power Corp. in Fountain Inn, SC, seeks a detail-oriented Production Controller to optimize production planning, scheduling, capacity, and material flow across our manufacturing lines, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.

In this role you will coordinate with procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, monitor KPIs, reduce downtime and waste, and implement continuous improvement using NetSuite and lean practices, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years in production control or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and production scheduling software.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory levels.
• Coordinate production workflow across multiple stages to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Monitor production rates, standards, and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure material availability and compliance with specifications.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain high manufacturing standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock of raw materials and components.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements to minimize downtime and waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to the Director of Manufacturing.
