Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Ability to train team members effectively and communicate clearly.
• Basic computer skills for line operations and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate workflow to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee material availability at the station.
• Operate equipment and run stations within the line.
• Assist with machine setup and minor adjustments/troubleshooting.
• Serve as first point of escalation for operators on process and equipment issues.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new and existing team members.
• Verify first piece inspections and ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate production, downtime, scrap, and other records.
