Siemens Mobility in the United States (Lexington, NC) is seeking a Production Controller to ensure efficient planning, coordination, and execution of production schedules. You will bridge materials management, warehouse operations, order management, quality, and production teams to maintain workflow continuity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in production control or production planning.
• Experience managing work orders in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP experience preferred; other ERP/MRP systems ok.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Release, monitor, and close work orders to support production schedules.
• Coordinate material availability and address shortages.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain schedule adherence.
• Run daily material and work order reports and escalate issues.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Utilize SAP/ERP to execute production and material transactions.
• Develop Excel-based dashboards and production analytics.
• Drive process improvements and influence stakeholders.
