Qualifications

• Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.

• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Drive alignment to the financial plan and ensure a reliable flow of materials and services.
• Lead startup activities and develop estimates for production control activities.
• Maintain and drive accurate MRP schedules.
