Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Operations Support Associates.
- Ensure material readiness and on-time delivery.
- Act as customer liaison, communicating unit availability and order status.
- Manage allocations and shipping manifests for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning and Production on material needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
- Promote safety and compliance in all activities.
