Job summary

AV is seeking a Production Control Clerk III to coordinate and control work orders and the movement of goods between Production and Flight Team. The role requires attention to shortages, proactive expediting through QA and stockroom, and maintaining orderly production processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in production, experience with MRP systems, Bills of Materials, and strong MS Office skills. APICS training is desirable and a valid US work eligibility is assumed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a production environment.
• Experience with MRP systems, material planning and work orders.
• Knowledge of Bills of Material structures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• APICS training and/or certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control work orders released to Production.
• Move goods between Production and SMRB/Flight Team.
• Address shortages by coordinating with Purchasing, Quality, and Production Planners.
• Update and prioritize the rework board in the production area.
• Expedite identified shortage parts through QA and stockroom to work orders.
• Move urgent product between cells and stockroom.
• Notify planners of rejects or shortages in production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Handle moderately difficult assignments following established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
