You will design, build, and run the systems behind code merges and release operations, with a strong focus on developer experience. You bring 8+ years in software or related fields, proficiency in Python/Go, strong Linux skills, and Jenkins experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, production engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
• Strong programming fundamentals and distributed systems understanding.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go) and strong scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI and test-orchestration services and pipelines.
• Build developer-facing automation to simplify onboarding, configuration, and debugging of CI and release workflows.
• Define quality gates and signals in CI and release systems.
• Develop metrics, queries, and dashboards for CI and release health.
• Integrate observability for CI and test-orchestration to reduce MTTR and MTTA.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident triage and fixes.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve CI, release quality, and reliability.
• Support hardware qualification by enabling testbeds and CI workflows.
