Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Production Engineering to own the CI and test-orchestration platform that enables FlashArray and FlashBlade teams to ship high-quality products at predictable velocity. This is a developer-first role with operational responsibility for code merges and release operations.

You will design, build, and run systems behind CI, automate quality gates, and improve reliability with observability and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, production engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems with a track record of reliability improvements.
• Proficiency in Python or Go and strong scripting for automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI concepts and tooling like Jenkins.
• Debugging across Linux/Unix, OS, network, storage, and production layers.
• Experience supporting hardware NPI programs and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI and test-orchestration services, pipelines and tools.
• Build developer-facing automation to simplify onboarding, configuration, and debugging.
• Encode quality gates and signals directly into CI/release systems.
• Develop dashboards and queries to monitor CI and release health.
• Evolve observability for CI and test-orchestration to reduce MTTD/MTTR incidents.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident triage and fixes.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve CI, release quality and reliability.
• Support hardware NPI qualification by enabling testbeds and CI workflows.
