Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for material requirements and availability to support production control and manage the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies.
• Compile records of material quantity, cost, and type received, shipped, in stock, or in production.
• Determine and address possible and actual material shortages.
• Handle direct material buying and implement long-term supply chain strategies.
• Manage projects, applying advanced knowledge to improve performance and efficiency.
