Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluent read/write/listen in English; ability to communicate effectively.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years of demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams in the supply chain planning department to meet goals through effective resource management.
• Develop and manage systems to improve supply chain performance and ensure manufacturing meets customer needs.
• Align sales forecasts with production capacities and inventory levels to optimize business performance.
• Manage production plans and schedules, analyze market trends to predict demand, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Foster a culture of excellence by driving talent development and associate engagement, while promoting safety.
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining documentation.
