Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for material requirements and availability to support production control.
• Coordinate the flow of materials within production and shipping schedules across departments.
• Determine possible and actual shortages and initiate corrective actions.
• Expedite critical materials and coordinate repairs, replacements, or transportation to prevent production disruptions.
• Track production progress, generate schedule status reports, and communicate material changes to stakeholders.
• Adhere to GxP regulations and SOPs, maintaining accurate documentation for quality control.
