Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of product development or validation engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of leading engineering teams or technical leads.
• Strong understanding of validation methodologies and test lifecycle.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end validation execution, including planning and reporting.
• Define validation scope, coverage strategy, and detailed test plans.
• Provide leadership and development for engineers and test leads.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product and Manufacturing for readiness.
• Drive continual improvement and compliance in validation processes.
