Job summary

Patagonia in Ventura, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Product Technology team to lead cross-functional programs, align roadmaps, and govern delivery across initiatives that support the company mission.

You will report to the Senior Director of Product Technology and guide mid- to large-scale initiatives, partnering with Innovation, Design, Materials, Planning, Marketing, and other key functions to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience across large cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-impact programs and/or projects with integrated roadmaps and governance artifacts.
• Drive program execution with cross-team alignment, clear handoffs, and dependency resolution.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews to assess health, risks, and priorities and report status to stakeholders.
• Guide teams through ambiguity and tradeoffs with mitigation plans and escalation paths.
• Develop and execute program communications and performance reporting for leadership audiences.
• Establish scalable PM standards, playbooks, and retrospectives to improve consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, materials, planning, and marketing to align scope and KPIs.
