  • Facilitate and continuously improve recurring portfolio reviews that assess project health, surface risks and dependencies, and keep teammates and stakeholders aligned on status, decisions, and next steps.
  • Guide teams through change, ambiguity, and conflict by helping clarify issues, resolve tradeoffs, and develop mitigation plans that support execution across teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of program and portfolio communications and performance reporting for stakeholder audiences, ensuring clarity and buy-in on key decisions and next steps.

  • Partner with cross-functional team members, managers, and key decision-makers to align scope, priorities, and department-level KPIs.
  • Facilitate the annual planning process for team initiatives, including intake, scoping, prioritization, business case development, and submission.
  • As an individual contributor, conduct your work in alignment with Patagonia’s Leadership Expectations - Leading Self principles: Build People + Teams, Drive Results, Demonstrate Good Judgement, and Champions Vision + Purpose.

Who You Are:

  • Organized: Uses structured planning, prioritization, documentation, reporting, task management, and communication practices to support project execution, visibility, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborative: Builds strong, service-oriented partnerships across teams and levels by leading with empathy, embracing clarity, aligning partners on next steps, and keeping cross-functional work moving.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and delivering against complex and cross-functional projects and/or programs utilizing established methodologies and techniques, including forced-rank prioritization, resource planning, and timeline alignment to meet delivery goals.
