Job summary

Google in Mountain View is seeking a Product Strategy and Operations Lead for Chrome. You will balance high‑altitude product strategy with ground‑level execution and craft executive narratives across Chrome leadership.

You will partner with Engineers, PMs, UX and other functions to drive alignment, design the operating model, and frame strategic initiatives for growth and scale. This role emphasizes data‑driven decisions and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive Chrome’s business cadence, define success metrics, and ensure operations translate into actionable insights for the Chrome leadership team.
• Structure business and product issues, framing problems, identifying constraints, and mapping solution spaces and synthesize into compelling narratives and decks for executive audiences.
• Serve as a dedicated partner for leadership on ambiguous, 0-to-1 product and innovation issues, providing thought partnership.
• Design and facilitate executive forums and leadership offsites, and drive the agenda for critical decision‑making, ensuring leadership is aligned on Chrome’s multi‑year roadmap and OKRs.
• Drive operating model and organizational design initiatives, and identify structural or process‑related friction points and design scalable solutions to improve wide decision velocity and effectiveness.
