Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced product leader to define and drive the long-range vision and roadmap for its enterprise platforms. You will partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, market trends, and customer needs, shaping a portfolio that scales across programs and segments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, justify investments with business cases, and establish outcomes and KPIs to guide transformation and ongoing modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of experience required.
• Proven experience in product management, program management or technology leadership.
• Strong skills in strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio planning.
• Experience aligning business and technology and building business cases.
• Data-driven prioritization and performance measurement.
