You will define multi-domain platform strategy, drive roadmaps, and coach a high-performing team while partnering with executives to prioritize investments and governance for scalable, AI-first software delivery across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management and platform leadership.
- Proven ability to shape enterprise-scale platform strategy and influence senior leaders.
- Deep expertise in data platforms, AI-enabled delivery, APIs, and governance.
- Fluency with AI tools and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to develop high-performing platform teams and succession pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-domain platform product strategy aligning internal capabilities, engineering priorities, AI delivery, and architecture direction.
- Shape long-term roadmaps, migration plans, and investment sequencing for internal platform capabilities.
- Lead platform product teams and coach others with reusable frameworks and narratives.
- Advise platform leaders on strategy, discovery, and executive alignment.
- Represent platform strategy in executive and senior technical forums.
