Job summary

Meta's Instagram team seeks a Product Staff member to shape strategy and drive AI-native product development. You will work with engineers, designers, and data scientists to move quickly, deliver impact, and reduce handoffs across initiatives.

As part of a high-impact product function, you will analyze data hands-on, define roadmaps, and champion responsible AI practices while collaborating across orgs to scale velocity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years collaborating with engineering, design and user research teams.
• Experience navigating full product lifecycle and prioritization.
• 10+ years in product management or product design.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools for product artifacts at scale.
• Experience championing AI-native strategies across orgs.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical leadership.
