Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive, a leading provider of iGaming solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead and translate business needs into technical specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams across the software development lifecycle to deliver end-to-end digital solutions that align with business goals.

The role requires strong communication, technical documentation, and a proven track record in product ownership, with experience in Agile and Waterfall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Experience with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, platforms, and patterns.
• Knowledge of technical development documentation methodologies (Visio, UML, object modeling).
• Experience refining standard methodologies for e-Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytics assets.
• Understanding of sound software build principles and patterns.
• Experience with security technologies, processes, and concepts.
• Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and business judgment.
• Experience leading Waterfall and Agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and document client requirements through regular meetings.
• Translate requirements into technical build direction using specs, UML, and related techniques.
• Collaborate with remote product and development teams across the SDLC to deliver end-to-end digital solutions meeting business goals.
• Work with executives and department management across the organization.
• Research industry trends and develop technology recommendations for customers at all levels.
• Analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize product performance continuously.
