Job summary

Qualifications

• Led security team from gatekeeper model to ownership with measurable results.
• Experience as incident manager for security incidents at a SaaS company, including external communication.
• Familiarity with AWS security at scale and external audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP).
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track and drive security metrics and know what they tell you.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of your team's work, prioritizing high-impact tasks.
• Simplify security work: ownership, automation, and what Security stops doing.
• Guide product teams in owning their security health and visibility in service reviews.
• Route security findings and requests, reduce noise, and streamline triage and review.
• Serve as incident manager of record for security incidents and vendor/access decisions.
• Publish posture metrics monthly and quarterly to executives.
