LaunchDarkly Group is seeking a senior security leader to run Product Security, partnering with the Director of Security. You will shape a risk-led program, empower engineering teams to own security health, and drive automation and AI-driven triage.

You’ll serve as incident manager of record and guide the division when the Director is in an audit or board cycle, working with every engineering team to make secure the path of least resistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a formal security or engineering management role, including managing senior engineers.

Responsibilities
