Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, California invites a Senior Product Security Engineer to join the MUOS program. You will lead security design and RMF implementation for embedded systems on satellite vehicles, coordinating across engineering teams.

You will oversee security requirements development, certification readiness, and collaboration with government and industry partners to strengthen security across product lifecycles. A U.S. security clearance and active citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics or related field.
• 10+ years in Systems Engineering.
• 4+ years with spacecraft, payloads, ground systems or space mission systems.
• 5+ years software/hardware integration and coordination with interfaces teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, validate and verify lifecycle information system security solutions.
• Co-lead a team of Product Security Engineers for satellite security features and RMF processes.
• Evaluate resilient network operations for satellite systems and implement crypto keying techniques.
• Analyze total system of systems and architecture to optimize security posture.
• Identify assets, assess risks, threats, and vulnerabilities per industry/government standards.
