Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking a security architect to own the security architecture of Bits Code from design through production, shaping risks and product direction in collaboration with engineering and security teams.

You will build threat models, write secure code, and drive processes that enable fast, secure software delivery while supporting on-call responsibilities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of professional experience in security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own security architecture and implementation of Bits Code from design through production operation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, infrastructure and security teams to identify risks and shape the product.
• Build threat models for new and existing agent risks such as prompt injection.
• Help ship secure software quickly by writing and maintaining core libraries, and guiding processes and culture.
• Work with sandbox teams on how Bits Code executes untrusted workloads.
• Be on call as part of Datadog's culture of building it and running it.
