Diablo Tools Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Safety Specialist to oversee product safety across all phases of the Time-to-Market launch lifecycle.

You will review on-tool hardware safety, audit packaging and marketing artwork, interpret evolving legal and regulatory standards, and deliver concise, legally defensible safety guidance in a fast-paced environment. Formación

• Progressive experience in product safety engineering, regulatory compliance, quality engineering, or new product development for power tools, cutting tools, or power tool accessories.
• Strong knowledge of North American safety frameworks and standards organizations.
• Hands-on understanding of power tools, saw blades, abrasives, and cutting accessories, including real-world operation awareness.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle errors in dense packaging layouts, regulatory texts, and instructional guides.
• Highly organized and disciplined to maintain audit-ready safety records within rapid development cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Packaging & Artwork Audits - Review packaging artwork, warning panels, icons, and instructional text for legal compliance and brand requirements.
• Warning Design & Risk Detection: Draft compliant warning labels and mentor teams on standards while catching inconsistencies that could cause legal exposure.
