Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Safety and Compliance Engineer in Woodinville, WA (or NYC). You will lead complex safety investigations, drive remediation, and partner with hardware/software teams to uphold global regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include risk reviews, certification planning, and data-driven safety analytics. The role requires 6+ years in product safety or quality engineering and a strong command of international safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years in product safety, regulatory compliance, or quality engineering.
• Master-level root-cause methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) and complex investigations.
• Global certifications with TÜV, Intertek, UL, CSA.
• Knowledge of IEC 60335, IEC 62368-1, ASTM, EN 957/ISO 20957.
• Data analysis using SQL, Looker, Tableau, Excel or Power BI.
• Familiar with US/international regulatory frameworks (CPSC, FCC, chemical regs).

Responsabilités

• Lead safety investigations using 8D, root-cause, and CAPA workflows.
• Coordinate executive triage for safety escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Mitigate lifecycle risks with early concept to production changes.
• Review construction safety, hazard analyses, and changes before release.
• Develop data tools and dashboards to monitor safety metrics.
• Align global teams to ensure consistent safety standards.
• Develop certification plans and support third-party tests (UL, TÜV, Intertek).
• Create safety SOPs and regulatory intelligence for stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers on problem-solving and safety practices.
