Meta is seeking a Specialized Assessment Product Risk Program Manager (SA PRPM) to drive risk review and product integrity across new features and policies. The role sits at the intersection of product, legal, and regulation, guiding escalation workflows and decision-making with senior stakeholders.

You will shape risk review strategies across multiple teams, leveraging autonomy to identify problems, set direction, and deliver large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, product ops, risk or related field.
• Experience triaging novel or ambiguous product risks.
• Strong cross-functional communication and alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Support triage and escalation for novel or policy-challenging product risks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Policy, Data Strategy, Eng, and Product for high-risk reviews.
• Involve stakeholders to drive progress and make structured risk assessments.
• Translate complex product concepts into assessments and recommendations.
• Facilitate risk-based decision making balancing velocity and compliance.
• Document escalations and improve escalation workflows and tooling.
• Identify gaps in risk review processes and drive improvements, including AI-enabled workflows.
