Job summary

Meta is seeking a Senior Specialized Assessment Product Risk Program Manager to drive risk review for new products and features. You will coordinate with Legal, Policy, Engineering, and Product teams to triage novel risks and guide decisions in fast-moving contexts.

You will translate complex technical concepts into structured assessments, champion streamlined escalation workflows, and help shape risk strategy across multiple domains with autonomy and strategic judgment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy or related field.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-ambiguity projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience triaging novel or ambiguous product risks with no precedent.
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment for sensitive tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with data flows and technical systems related to product risk.

Responsibilities

• Support triage and escalation for novel or policy-challenging product risks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Policy, Data Strategy, Engineering and Product.
• Engage stakeholders to surface and address high-risk reviews quickly.
• Translate complex concepts into structured risk assessments and recommendations.
• Facilitate risk-based decision making balancing product velocity and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in workflows and tooling.
• Experiment with AI-enabled workflows to simplify risk review processes.
• Ensure documentation and follow-through on escalations.
