Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance or related field.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-ambiguity projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience triaging novel or ambiguous product risks with no established policy or precedent.
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Familiarity with data flows, technical systems, and product risk mitigations.
• Track record of influencing decisions without formal authority.
• Experience building or improving risk review, escalation, assessment, or governance processes.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve workflows, analysis, or decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support triage and escalation for novel or ambiguous product risks.
• Coordinate across Legal, Policy, Data Strategy, Engineering and Product to surface risk reviews with depth and speed.
• Engage stakeholders to drive progress across diverse audiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into structured assessments and recommendations.
• Facilitate risk-based decision making that supports product velocity and compliance.
• Clarify goals and priorities to move work forward quickly and accelerate when needed.
• Document, track, and resolve escalations with transparency and follow-through.
• Identify gaps in escalation/review processes and drive workflow/tooling improvements.
• Experiment with AI-integrated workflows to simplify work.
