Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or related fields.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-ambiguity projects across stakeholders.
• Experience assessing novel product risks where no policy exists.
• Strong written and verbal cross-functional communication.
• Familiarity with data flows, systems, and product risks mitigations.
• Track record of influencing decisions without formal authority.
• Experience building or operating risk review and governance processes.
• Sound judgment handling competing priorities with significant risk.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities
