Job summary

Meta is seeking a Senior Specialized Assessment Product Risk Program Manager to lead risk review for new products and features, coordinating across Legal, Policy, and Engineering. You will triage novel risks, translate complex concepts into structured assessments, and drive improvements in escalation workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management or related fields
• Experience triaging novel or ambiguous product risks
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment
• Familiarity with data flows and product risks
• Track record influencing decisions without formal authority
• Experience building risk review processes
• Experience using AI/automation to improve workflows
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the triage and escalation process for high‑risk, novel, or policy‑challenging products
• Coordinate across Legal, Policy, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product to surface and address reviews
• Network with key stakeholders, persuading diverse audiences to drive progress
• Translate complex technical concepts into structured assessments and recommendations
• Facilitate risk-based decision making to balance velocity and compliance
• Clarify goals and priorities to move work forward quickly and escalate as needed
• Document, track, and resolve escalations with transparency
• Identify gaps in escalation/review processes and drive improvements
• Experiment with AI‑integrated workflows to simplify work
• Help Meta meet legal and regulatory obligations with risk-informed decisions
