Pano AI is hiring a Senior Product Researcher to inject rigorous customer evidence into product strategy and market decisions. The role sits at the intersection of product research, strategy, and market investigation, across wildfire intelligence platforms, software, and hardware opportunities.

You will partner with PMs, design, GTM, and customer success to shape opportunities, size investments, and influence roadmap capacity.

Qualifications

8+ years in product research, UX research, market research, or product strategy.
Strong qualitative interviewing, synthesis, and opportunity sizing skills.
Experience researching complex B2B or enterprise domains with end users.
Excellent storytelling to inform senior leaders and customers.

Responsibilities

Own research end-to-end across several product areas, from scoping to synthesis and recommendations.
Collaborate with PMs, design, and engineering to de-risk investments and size opportunities.
Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform positioning and entry decisions.
Contribute to pricing, packaging, and adoption strategies with cross-functional teams.
Run field and co-design research on site, translating observations into product implications.
Build reusable research guides, a findings repository, and coaching for PMs and designers.
Produce concise readouts and briefs for executive decisions and customer audiences.
