Qualifications

• 6+ years of knowledge of semiconductor product qualifications.
• 3+ years of knowledge of silicon reliability and process failure mechanisms.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with automation languages.
• Ability to develop FPGA designs using EAD development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on support for product reliability and qualification.
• Solving release-to-manufacturing related issues.
• Define qualification designs and develop hardware.
• Validate on-chip components such as micro-processors and Analog I/O’s.

Skills

Knowledge of semiconductor product qualifications (JEDEC)

Hands-on experience with automation languages (C, Python, Perl, Java, Visual Basic)

Understanding of silicon reliability and process failure mechanisms

Quality and goal-oriented

Excellent communication skills

Education

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
