Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Lead Product Quality Chemist to join their North America Product Quality team. This role is essential in safeguarding the chemical portfolio's integrity through rigorous quality assurance and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will leverage advanced analytical chemistry expertise to drive operational excellence and mentor laboratory personnel. The position includes oversight of laboratory operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field with applicable laboratory or work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in process, analytical (lab), or quality chemistry.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation and wet chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory operations and advanced analytical testing.
• Provide direct technical support to North American production plants.
• Manage and update QC procedures and material specifications.
• Lead quality incident investigations and conduct formal RCA exercises.
• Use digital tools to monitor production trends and enhance visibility.
• Build collaborative relationships with Supply Chain and other teams.
• Travel to NORAM sites for support and training (10% required).
