Job summary

Veolia Group, a global leader in environmental services, seeks a Lead Product Quality Chemist for North America to optimize lab operations, drive QA programs, and support scale-up initiatives across plants.

The role emphasizes analytical chemistry expertise, RCA investigations, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Technology, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and EHS teams. Travel to NORAM sites is required (10%+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with lab experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in process, analytical, or quality chemistry.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation and sample preparation.
• Knowledge of industrial chemical manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management and ability to drive multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical leadership of QC and laboratory operations.
• Provide manufacturing support and process optimization for North American plants.
• Manage and update QC procedures and material specifications to ensure compliance.
• Lead quality incident investigations and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
