Job summary

Texas Education Agency is seeking a Product Manager within the Data Strategy & Analytics team to drive the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products for Texas programs. You will gather user feedback, analyze data, coordinate vendor deliverables, and manage contracts while collaborating with program, technical, and user groups across the agency.

This role requires strong project coordination, agile practices, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least five (5) years of experience in product, program management, technology, or related field.
• An advanced degree may substitute for two years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: supports research, analyzes user feedback and data to inform strategy, delivery, and implementation.
• Project Execution: coordinates product-related projects, tracks timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies; facilitates cross-team communication.
• Vendor Contract Management and Operations: coordinates with vendors to ensure timelines and compliance; manages invoicing and contract modifications as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: promotes collaboration among program, technical, vendor, and user groups; maintains clear communication and documents decisions.
