• 8+ years of experience in program/product management or business operations for sophisticated software products.
• Strong product/tech background with software delivery experience at scale.
• Proven ability to ship software products across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence executives and lead through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, product marketing, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality software programs on schedule.
• Understand dependencies and optimize the system to scale offerings.
• Communicate clearly, manage risks, and drive issues to resolution.
• Develop bespoke program plans and tie strategy to execution.
• Collaborate across consumer, technology, and design domains.
