You will partner with SRE Infra Enablement, Developer Experience, Security, and API & Auth Platform leaders to define initiatives, prioritize work, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role blends product thinking with technical program delivery in a hybrid NYC setting.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and executing roadmaps for backend platforms, infrastructure, developer tooling, SRE, security, APIs, authentication, or related domains.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-team programs where success depends on influence and partnership rather than direct authority.
• Technical depth to work with senior engineers on backend architecture, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform initiatives, framing problems, aligning stakeholders, and measuring outcomes.
• Define and track measures of success like reliability, security, and developer experience.
• Coordinate cross-team execution for migrations, standards, and shared services.
