Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Strategic Program Manager for Support to drive high-impact initiatives spanning Support, Product, and internal business lines. You will collaborate with Support leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the direction of priority initiatives and ensure the right resources and tools are in place to deliver exceptional support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, and/or program management.
• Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, spanning strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong program management skills with end-to-end execution of transformative projects.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to derive strategic insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex topics to leaders and peers across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive creative solutions toward a shared goal.
• Experience with dashboards, project trackers, or internal documentation platforms to track progress.
• Interest in digging into product/process details to improve user and internal experiences.
• Ability to execute with minimal guidance in ambiguous contexts.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute large, wholly-owned projects addressing priorities for Support.
• Define objectives, facilitate decision making, and translate into operational plans with key metrics to ensure execution and delivery.
• Facilitate alignment, resolve ambiguity, and unblock dependencies across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate to drive strategic initiatives across Support, Product, and other lines of business.
