Chase is seeking a Product Portfolio Operations Director in Cash & Check Management to lead cross-product coordination and optimize portfolio delivery. You will drive reporting, governance, and strategy execution across multiple product lines while coaching the Product Management Office and Delivery Managers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management or performance optimization.
• 5+ years staff management experience for exempt-level employees.
• Proven ability to manage and implement portfolio management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work across products and product lines to ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Execute the strategy for reporting and communications to support portfolio management operations and change initiatives.
• Oversee and coach a team to implement the strategy for adapting and executing the full product-line framework.
• Ensure core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized.
• Implement portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and key prioritization decisions.
• Manage the Product Management Office and Product Delivery Managers.
