Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Product Portfolio Operations Director in Cash & Check Management to lead cross-product synergies and optimize multi-line delivery. You will steer reporting strategy, portfolio governance, and change initiatives across the portfolio, coaching PMOs and delivery managers to align with business goals and client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or performance optimization.
• 5+ years staff management for exempt-level employees.
• Proven ability to manage operational effectiveness and portfolio initiatives.
• Experience with product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Project management experience with large, cross-product agile programs.
• Preferred: Claude Code or Copilot for agentic reporting and management.
• Preferred: JIRA and JIRA Align for portfolio tracking.

Responsibilities

• Work across products and product lines to ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Execute the strategy for reporting and communications to support portfolio management operations and change initiatives.
• Oversee and coach a team to implement the strategy for adapting and executing the full product-line framework.
• Ensure core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized.
• Implement portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and prioritization decisions.
• Manage the Product Management Office and Product Delivery Managers.
