LIMRA and LOMA seek an experienced Product Portfolio Manager and people leader to shape the professional development programs for member companies worldwide. You’ll define long-term strategy for the Professional Development Division’s product portfolio and guide a team of product managers to ensure market alignment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred for deeper strategy work.
• 10+ years in portfolio or product management, ideally in financial services.
• 10+ years leading teams with a track record of developing and inspiring others.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution across cross-functional teams.
• Experience building business cases and prioritizing work for products.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a clear strategy for the portfolio of Professional Development products.
• Communicate portfolio performance and trade-offs to executives.
• Oversee market intelligence and guide Product Owners to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions to align go-to-market and development efforts.
• Ensure product plans drive engagement, utilization, and financial outcomes.
• Guide product decisions using deep understanding of member needs and lifecycle stages.
• Promote disciplined product development aligned with organizational priorities.
