Qualifications

7+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or Business Analysis experience.
Experience as Product Owner for Agile Scrum teams with backlog ownership and sprint planning.
Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience leading complex software development initiatives from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the Product Development backlog for Wealth InFocus, aligning with product strategy and business priorities.
Serve as the Product Owner for one or more Agile Scrum teams with clear direction and prioritization.
Collaborate with Product Management to translate vision into epics, features, and user stories.
Lead delivery of new product capabilities and platform modernization initiatives.
Assist with release planning, UAT, and product demonstrations.
