Job summary

BNY is seeking a Product Owner/Manager for its Wealth Reporting and Wealth Service Platform team in Jersey City, NJ. You will own the backlog, lead Agile ceremonies, and partner with engineering, design, and data to deliver wealth reporting capabilities aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 4-5+ years of product experience with expertise in creating strategic roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Proven experience building and launching products from ideation through launch.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies with multiple scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog and near-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies across the pod, track velocity, and identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency.
• Define and maintain clear user stories and requirements through structured refinement with stakeholders.
• Guide technical product decisions, monitor product performance, and analyze metrics for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver wealth reporting capabilities aligned to client needs and platform strategy.
• Translate stakeholder feedback and reporting requirements into clearly defined priorities and measurable delivery outcomes.
